T & D Turnkey is a family owned business backed up by 40 years of experience. Througout the years the company grew and started to offer more services to be able to meet more client's needs. Some of the services cover interior and exterior turnkey works like stone restoration, tiling, plastering, gypsum works, painting, electrical works and water plumbing, water proofing and much more.
The company has worked on various properties including villas, condominiums, commercial and industrial premises.

Alteration and restoration
Structural Alterations: This specialised work involves very careful checking of the potential of the property or room/s which will be altered. The process of structual altertions is used to maximise property space. Foe example old buildings usually have very high ceilings. Where applicable the space can be turned into two floors. In the same manner a large room can be split into two.
Stone rennovation: If you have an old property but wish to bring the stone colour back to life, T & D Turnkey can provide what you need. We will take all the care required to not damage the stone whilst doing the utmost to retain its natural characteristics.

Interior and Exterior Finishing works
Plastering: This building material is used to create a protective coating to the stone on walls and ceilings. Plastering can be also used to create decorative effects on the property.
Gypsum: We offer a vast range of gypsum services including partitions (Used to divide rooms and maximise space usability in a cost effective way), 60 x 60 soffits (Used mostly for buildings which use air ducts and large Airconditioning systems to allow a a space between the roof and the electrical components and equipment installed on the ceiling), ceilings (A great way to finish off the top part of any room with simplistic or more creative designs), bulkheads (Used to divide ceilings to create a sense of division), covings (A great way to decorate top and bottom corners of any room) and wall Linings (Panels of plasterboard used to create a more levelled surface, ideal for properties where the building has uneven areas)
Painting: Although painting may sound like a walk in the park, in reality its not always the same. Going to heights and being on ladders for a long time is not for everyone. Painting also requires experience to avoid uneven paint surfaces where the paint is not spread appropiately.
